High Sierra Energy, LP, a subsidiary of NGL Energy Partner LP (NYSE:NGL), is a midstream energy company founded in 2004. We are based in Denver, Colorado and operate businesses in the energy industry. We are a leading gatherer, transporter and marketer of crude oil and NGLs (Natural Gas Liquids) and a growing provider of oilfield water and wastewater handling and disposal services. Additionally, we lease wellhead compression equipment.  We have experienced significant growth in our core operations since our inception through a series of organic growth initiatives and business acquisitions.
