Accounts Payable Specialist

Position Summary:

The purpose of this position is to process supplier invoices  accurately and timely, ensuring proper documentation supports the payments made to outside suppliers and employees for a number of subsidiary companies.

This position is located in Denver, CO.

• Reviewing supplier invoices for accuracy & legitimacy

Position Summary:   

The Operator II position is responsible for operating and maintaining the High Sierra Water Services pilot plant systems and related facilities.  The work and duties ensure that the pilot plant operations meet all HSWS requirements on a continual basis, and that established policies and procedures for plant operation are followed.

Payroll Manager

Position Summary:

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of processing bi-weekly, multi-state payroll, 401(k) deferrals & deposits, FSA & HSA deductions and deposits, investigating and reporting payroll taxes to various government agencies, garnishment inquiries and issues. Responding to inquiries and investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies.  Work with auditors from various entities such as the Department of Labor, insurance carriers, and third party administrators. Work with internal and external entities to ensure compliance with company policies, State and Federal regulations.

This position is located in the Corporate Headquarters, Denver, CO.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Process payroll including but not limited to regularly scheduled payroll, special payroll runs, manual checks, garnishment or tax refund requests in a multi-state environment
• Process bi-weekly 401(k), HSA and FSA contributions and year-end census for 401(k)
• Using independent judgment, research and resolve payroll issues and resolve discrepancies
• Process funding requests for the Treasury department (i.e. payroll, payroll tax, liens and garnishment)
• Review, process and respond to the following: garnishment orders, court order medical support, wage assignments, tax levies, child support orders and interrogatories from courts, law offices and process servers
• Understand, interpret and apply company policies as they apply to payroll
• Manage adherence to 401(k) Plan Document when processing contributions, employer match, funding and filing requirements
• Perform 401(k) Audits in partnership with external auditors

CDL DRIVER WITH TANKER ENDORSEMENT - WATER (KANSAS) 

Position Summary: 

This position will involve hauling salt water and fresh water in South Central Kansas.  We are now hiring Class B drivers for our day positions. This will be local work in late model equipment with the driver being home every night. High Sierra offers very competitive pay along with a full benefit package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
